The DVT30-1MM GigaProbes™ Time-Domain Reflectometery or TDR Probe is a 100 ohm differential, 50 ohm single ended hand probe with Gold Plated Conductive Diamond probe tips, This 30GHz TDR probe measures ODD/EVEN impedance profiles using Agilent, Tektronix or LeCroy TDR oscilloscopes and can be used as a probe for the BERTScope or Pisosecond Pulse Lab 4022 TDR module. With a typical differential launch discontinuity of 20mv and a fall-time of less than 30ps, these probes mask only 20 mils of the device under test. This small discontinuity mask is most important when characterizing IC packages where net lengths can be very short.The DVT30-1MM comes with a set of ergonometric grips for comfortable hand probing and they easily attach to Probe Station Micro-positioners; providing a 2 inch, low profile, wide band reach. The Signal-to-Signal pitch can be set to 0, 1mm or 2mm using a custom designed SMA wrench. The pitch can also be customized using other tools supplied in the DVT30-1MM GigaProbes(tm) accessory kit.
